Vave Research and Development Center (VRDC) is looking for a passionate Farm Specialist to support farmers and community producers in improving crop production, adopting sustainable farming practices, and accessing better market opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
✅ Provide hands-on training and farm support
✅ Promote sustainable and climate-smart farming
✅ Conduct farm assessments and demonstrations
✅ Work with farmers, cooperatives, and partners
✅ Support data collection and reporting
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years practical farming or extension work
- Strong communication and community engagement skills
- Willingness to travel to rural communities
